Starting up a ministry is a mission that is gradually expanding at a high rate. This however makes individuals destined for the mission of the Lord feel unprepared for this duty. In the times we living in, a great spiritual awakening has emerged. People are sensing certain things happening and them taking place ahead and rapidly. Believers globally are in the verge of how to get a Christian ministry started as a way of getting involved in some way. There are certain things that as a Christian you need to consider if you want to move forward.

You should know about ministries and that you are chosen regardless of having a calling. It is hard to wake up at the age of 14 years and start this Christian ministry. One cannot rely on education received in public school as it is not enough to get you ready for the ministries. On the start of this important mission, you need to incorporate prayers. Confirmation and ability are given by God not forgetting where to begin.

As per the scripture, it says that many people get destroyed due to lack of knowledge as well as the vision. Therefore, you should get prepared and know that training and education are important which should be behind you. Depending on circumstances, some ministries will take up to several years while others take months. In addition to getting the required education, mentorship is vital. It offers the Godly advice as well as prayer support.

The fact that ministers are called should be known. It is not about volunteering just because you lack something else to do. God equips his ministers ready for their service. From the call, people earn the confident. However there is insecurity of the actions they are supposed to take in response.

Legal considerations are important. Apart from possessing a church charter, there are costs involved by being along established ministries. These costs are on articles of incorporation. In some instances, the incorporation gives legal entity giving the young ministries a platform to work from. There is much to be reaped from starting with the already existing ministries.

Previewing all the stable ministries, there is a team of individuals helping in prayers. Setting and building of a stable team which is willing to be involved in the building up activities can take some time. In order to have a large outreach, large number of praying partners will be needed. This enables reach many people.

Funding is a major issue to the building up ministries. It is a challenge getting people who are willing to fund you. This is as the same as getting someone to pray for you. The ministries cannot be without either funds or prayers. Majority of ministries find it hard raising funds needed to match their needs. This happens mostly if they are raising funds for project purposes. These projects may include feeding the less privileged or helping provide shelter.

In conclusion, the Paul case acts as an important example whereby it took him 12 years to start his ministry after his conversion. This should not discourage anyone but patience should be vital as eventually would pay off.
