The Place Of An Intuitive Healer In Modern Medical Practice

By Marci Nielsen

Intuitive healing is an exciting form of therapeutic technique based on the use of our five senses in locating imbalances in energy flow inside our bodies. The alternative names are insight healing and metaphysical healing. This therapy has been in existence for centuries and is still practiced in many places all over the world. In this article will look at how exactly an intuitive healer uses his craft and whether or not the technique is effective.

The proponents of this treatment believe that there are seven energy sites in the body that are responsible for controlling various body functions. Each site (also known as chakra) is associated with emotions that influence our well-being. When these emotions are predominantly negative then we experience disease and when predominantly positive, we feel healthy. During treatment, the aim is to suppress the negative emotions and to enhance the positive ones.

There are two main components of intuition healing; visualization and focused thinking. Mediation and remote viewing are skills that are required for any of these to be realized. Remote viewing is the process of focusing on people, events or items found in the past, the present or the future with an aim of evoking a beneficial positive emotion that helps restore the required energy balance.

During meditation, one gets an insight on their state of health. This is the reason why the healers recommend that one engages in the exercise regularly. In practical terms, meditations is known to have certain medical benefits that include reduction in blood pressure, control of symptoms associated with heart disease and reduction of stress. As far as this therapy is concerned, the treatment helps enhance intuition.

The healers stress the need for us to listen to our dreams. The dreams, the say, are a window through which we view the events in our lives. They provide answers to the many questions that we have regarding our careers, our health, relationships and so on. Having a record of all the dreams we have say in a journal, for example, will help us determine a certain pattern that is vital to our healing process.

The healer can sense energy patterns within the chakras using the sixth sense. Although each of us has this skill, the healers have perfected it over time and can use it to detect emotions that underlie disease symptoms. Using this knowledge, they can recommended the most appropriate form of emotional adjustment.

The therapy is purported to be effective regardless of the distance between the healer and the client. The client and the practitioner connect telepathically and the latter can sense the amount of energy around their client. All that is required of the client is to be still and to listen to the small voice in the depths of their conscience. This voice is what tells us the truth about things including what is wrong or right about our health.

There is need to be aware of the body so as to notice the symptoms of disease at the earliest stage. At the same time, the client needs to have the ability to sense their body energy. This will make it possible for them to be aware of reduced energy levels in various chakras. It is important to point out that intuitive healing is not an alternative to conventional treatment modalities. The therapy should only be used as a complement to your regular treatments.
