What you are, is what you repeatedly do. So given this then, excellence is therefore not an act, but a habit. If you ever notice yourself going of the track in your goal for quite some time, that you almost already forgot what it means to live well and productively, you should find ways to twist back so that you would find your way again.

Getting lost is actually a common consequence of getting tired or being tempted to lie low. Basically, life is a race, and you would not find it at all helpful if you do not put some effort to make your way through all the struggles. If you continue to idle, you would not make any fruit. But this concept is not an easy talk. You need to meddle with the coarse reality and subject yourself to struggles and discomfort. This means that you would have to cut the boundary of your comfort zone and meet the challenges that impedes your way to success.

But it would be you who would really direct your success. But put in mind that change is not easily gain overnight. So be patient and take things slowly. But keep your determination burning.

So to begin your goal, alter your routine. When you say this concept, you cannot do to completely change your routine immediately. This would not be effective. Instead, make small changes to your schedule, that which will not destroy completely, your regular routine. This way, you would not feel dismantled of the sudden change.

If you think of it, just that little time can actually help a lot in eliminating your frustrating habit. The same thing goes for all other habits. Try taking away small portions first, and before you notice it, you are already completely able to do away with it. So in just this slow method, you can actually do to change your life without undergoing a complete revision of goals.

Still another is to examine where you are in your life right now. It should be that wherever part of your life you are right now, you must be able to do your role well. So if you are a worker, do your job well. If you are a student, study well, and most of all, do not forget to observe your values. They will help you travel through a straight path.

Other than that, you need to have positive mindset. This is very much important since the mind has a great influence in your disposition. So start your day right by conditioning your mind to think positively until it becomes your habit. This way, you would always accomplish things with the best result.

Lastly, get in shape. Eat well, rest abundantly, get some exercise, make yourself look good, and afford yourself of some relaxation and enjoyment.
