When someone is an addict, he is bound to lose big time. A worst case will have you losing your family. If one of the couples is an addict, the relationship is bound to break. If you are married, soon you will find yourself finding a divorce. The addicted spouse becomes violent and abusive. There are rehabilitation facilities that you can check in.

If they do not get upset, they deny if you point out to them that they are veering towards losing the grip on his life. It is insult to their ego. That is why. An addiction recovery therapist can help you break free from the bondage of alcoholism and other bad habits.

If no relatives would like to assume the responsibility of taking good care of these children, the state is forced to distribute these children to foster parents. This is just one of the things that an addict is bound to lose and there is more. Also when you get sober, it is not that easy to get these children back from the watch of the government.
