A good detective is someone that is very good in analytical thinking. Graduates of Criminal Justice can also apply for this. But the experienced applicants are more preferred. You need to practice your analytical skills if you are very pursuant about this profession.

You may take a short course if you do not have any experience or degree. There are already accredited training institutions in the city. You can find them online and enroll online as well. They have all the learning facilities you will need and the techniques in analytical thinking useful in investigative jobs.

A five dollar insurance fee is also required as well as a Professional Code of Ethics. After the submission of these papers, you will be scheduled for a test. Once you pass, you will have your most wanted license. Then you can get started with your work as a modern Sherlock Holmes. The license is renewable after two years.

If you pass, you are issued a license which you can use for two years. So immediately start your career in public or private investigation firms.

You need to prepare for the life that you want. This can be dangerous as well especially if you are dealing with a very sensitive case. But if you really want this, be careful all the time. In addition, if you love what you are doing, you will always find ways to complete your mission even if it costs you your life.
