Male and female are all equivalent and none holds preferred positions in life over the other. This is the conviction which is held by the libertarian church. It says that men have not been made to govern when ladies will simply sit and watch. Egalitarian church in Denver underline that both sex have a part to play and in this way none is superior to the next. For those who are in marriage under this belief they have been said to be living in great love. This is because the man does not seem to overshadow the wife. They also believe in talents and different abilities which people have. In this case they argue that such abilities have been given for the edification of the fellowship as a whole. Therefore one is not to be treated in a special way for nothing. They also accept that there is what different people can do and thus one should not be rated according to what others can do.

When children are growing they are taught to respect each other. This has seen great social developments as they carry this on even in their lifetime. This helps them at schools and places of work to respect each. This includes understanding what the rest do or think. Therefore they move on together peacefully with great love.

Children who are in this fellowship have been taught to respect each other. The egalitarian church thus promotes coexistence for those children even when they grow up. This has been noted as a way of promoting their thinking. This is because they will grow up knowing they are just like the other person. Therefore in school or place of work they extend the same respect.
