World Outreach Ministries Sharing The Love Of Christ

By Bonnie Contreras

The mission statement of the World Outreach Ministries focus on making the Gospel of Christ known to people from different walks of life. The reason for their establishment is to win as many souls as possible to Christ and to make people grow strong in faith and in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. A more interesting part is that they build communities, which can reach out other communities.

There is really no need to memorize complex Biblical illustrations or know many Bible verses to become a minister of the word of God. You only need to fundamentals, a calling from God and the ability to share the love of Jesus Christ with love and clarity in its simplest form. People do not need complicated stuff, even Jesus taught in authority but with the greatest form of simplicity ever known.

After Jesus rose from the dead, He stayed with His disciples for forty days. It is assumed that they were preaching the Good News of the Kingdom of God during this period although it is not clearly recorded in the Bible and therefore not quite a sure statement. Then He unveiled the great commission before the His accession to Heaven.

There will never be a stable nation without God to control it an those that have tried their affairs without getting God involved have seen the negative side of doing without Him. The move of God will also never be stable in a nation without stable ministers. There will never be stable ministers if they are not taught in the word of God and the truth about Christ.

It is not easy to change the world in a day; it is not an overnight job. So many people out there have their own beliefs and some are rooted so much into their ungodly culture in the sense that helping them to change becomes a big challenge. The team should therefore work with perseverance knowing they are working for God in a sinful world.

The disciples started their ministry in humility and utmost faith, preaching the Gospel of truth and reaching out to different people in the name of Jesus Christ, the Lord and Savor and the Chief Cornerstone of the Church. They shared food with the hungry, motivated the weak and helped the poor in heart receive comfort from God. They faced challenges, some were jailed and all got killed, but their faith still lives with mankind.

The church therefore should understand the community to which they are taking the word of God and its people as well. In fact, the body of Christ commissioned to preach the Good News of the Kingdom of God should assume that the people they are preaching to should have never heard of Christ. This will make it easy for them to preach the message of hope to the people of the world.

World Outreach Ministries should not work for their own glory and they should never forget that they are working for God. They should also understand that the work of God has challenges but always have a heart to continue. They should never forget that God would reward them for the good work that they are doing.
